Well I doubt it's bugs too but I figured it wouldn't hurt to take a look around Lights are on 24 hours a day but I'll keep an eye on it and see if it gets bigger. So far it looks like it's just changing color.

One more thing you will get more dry product if you change your lighting to a 18 hour on and a 6 hour off cycle. This 24/0 light cycle is a common mistake that growers make when they are just learning, study the Krebs cycle if you want to know more about Y, or just do it and get more bud. :thumbsup:

Well, it's getting worse.

Ok I was thinking about this and I realized that my problems began after I started using Top Fin pH Decrease for aquariums. Could this be the problem?

Dunno, SS.
But lemon juice works OK as a PH down.
Hydro PH downer is usually Phosphoric and citric acids.

Notice that they still have tight shoes.
If you can't transplant immediately, at least cut the bottoms off those cups and "bog" them on some unamended soil. Rockwool, perlite, coco, etc.
I'm guessing that the roots have hit bottom and are coiled in an un-manageable stagnation

Ok well I've taken your advice and transplanted 5/6 plants. I Left one in it's original cup because I couldn't find a pot for it and I kind of wanted to leave one so I could compare it to the others. I bought some distilled water which I tested to be about 6.5 and used that to water. The one plant which was not transplanted I flushed with the same water using about 3x the volume of the container it is in. The runoff water was about ~6.5. Wednesday I will be getting some pH down from the hydro store near me.
