happy frog and light distance
Yes you're frying them with the light being too close if you only have Happy Frog in your pots (didn't add anything else to the soil mix did you?)

And for a seedling how far should i place a 400w MH lamp. I was told when i bought it that happyfrog has special bacteria and things that begin to grow after 2-4 weeks of water and heat. Rating: 5
