happy frog and light distance
I haven't used the Happy Frog soil yet, but I've heard that it's great for starting seedlings. I wouldn't use the 400MH lamp for that young of a plant. Try some flouro shop lights or cfl's. If you have to use the MH make sure you keep it at a good distance away as not to fry them, they don't really need intense light while still seedlings. Good luck!

I was told when i bought it that happyfrog has special bacteria and things that begin to grow after 2-4 weeks of water and heat. Rating: 5
