I haven't been posting as much as I would like to, because I've been in quite a pickle the last half of the month. Anyway, as part of a pretrial release I have been asked to obtain a substance abuse assessment (pending Nov 5th I'm being charged with a pwisd of 5 grams which is a felony and should show you how ridiculous this whole thing is) which seems awkward to me. So, I went to an ADS place, paid 35 beans, and took the test. A day later they claim I didn't "tighten" the cap enough. I come back again take the test and this time they use the sample, the results come back negative, but they insenuate the sample was filled with water from the bathroom because its dilluted. Now, I'm going to have to go back in again pay 35 more dollars and hope they can actually do their job this time. Sorry about the rant and rave, but im pretty pissed off, because the first time it could have been my fault, but I had no idea and it was my first time there taking and test and probably their millionth time. The second time I drank alot of water to ensure a negative test, yet they insenuate I cheated even though the door is open to the bathroom and a person is two feet away instructing me on every move. Now my problem is how can they make these accusations when they could have easily taken the temp of the sample? Im going to tell them to go fuck themselves when they try to get me to go back and fork over more money. This is time, money, and serious deprivation. It seems as if they want me to fail. What would you do?
