If this is for probation....from one ex-probationer to another.... then the smart answer would be to stop until you are off probation....BUT...since I won't call the kettle black....do NOT smoke to much where your body will start to have a build up. What helped me was I did my own monitoring and would only smoke 2-3 hits every other day or so. I made it a DAILY habit of doing good sweaty cardio each morning, metamucil 3x a day, no yummy fatty foods, LOTS of veggies and high fiber foods, ample water each day, etc. Keeping this in mind I wouldn't safetly smoke for about 10 days before test. I had closer calls, BUT not until AFTER I had practiced and practiced and then practiced again and again until I knew what my body would and would not do. Take it or leave it....but good luck.
