Will I pass?

To sum everything up, I've read through these forums extensively, and I decided to go with substitution. I practiced and had everything right. The only difference from N2's method that I did was that I substituted 3fl oz. of my clean friend's urine into a 3fl oz. mouth wash bottle instead of his recommended 2fl. oz. It's a good thing I brought 3 because it turned out even that wasn't enough! The lab tech handed me that dreaded cup and asked me to fill it half way. This is when I started to panic. I got into the bathroom, began to urinate, while pouring the 3 fl. oz. of clean urine that I had. During mid stream when I realized that my piss was almost clear (resembling water), I decided to piss a little of my piss in the cup. I drank a water bottle and a large pepsi from KFC before taking the test. I had to urinate prior to the test, but I held it until the test. So now picture a cup with 3fl. oz. of good piss, and then maybe a second or 2 worth of my diluted urine in the same mix. After I did that I decided to proceed and pour some out of the cup to compensate for the lack of color in the toilet, considering my friend's piss was substantially yellow. What do you think my chances are of passing this test? Or at least it coming up inconclusive? Please let it be good news.

If they try to fail you for 60 mls then they have to write down why they are failing you and note how much you gave them on the chain of custody forms and eventually you'll win your case so to speak.

Estimate how much of your own urine you gave, how dirty it was in ng per ml and multiple those together then add that to how many mls of clean urine you gave multipled by zero and then divide that number by total mls of urine given.

He definitely didn't fail me for not being able to produce a half cup of urine. I def had 3 fl oz. of clean urine in that cup...and then I probably urinated about a fl. oz. worth of my own urine into that cup....and then I even dumped some urine out. He took the sample without a fuss, checked off that it was the proper temperature. So if there's any reason I'm going to fail this test, it's because the minuscule amount my urine that i had in that sample is dirty enough to come up positive for marijuana. I've been a regular smoker for at least a year.

Yeah I've had to do this before. But fbr is right. they can't force you to have more than 2 ounces. I was also prepared for the possibility of having to use my own urine by following the dillution sticky the morning of the ua.
