    Private IP doesn't mean SHIT.

Yes, those are calyxes. Yes, they appear to be seeded.
What light schedule are you running? Where is your male plant, or do you have hermaphroditic sex parts on your female, or is the neighbor's grow spewing pollen all over Da Hood?

How long ago did you remove the males? That looks like about oh, 2-3 weeks since pollination. The seeds will be fully ripe in another 2-3 weeks.
There's nothing you can do now; seeds are NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK!
Just let them ripen fully and they are really easy to jsut drop right out of the dried bud.
Let the females finish naturally; they won't get more seeds if the males are gone.

Keep them on a 12 hour light/12 hour dark schedule and make sure there are NO light leaks during the dark time. You can keep that plant with your other plants, after checking it for tiny ~3-4mm yellow things that look like bananas.
And you need a bigger pot...

REad the link in my siggy, the section called 'puttin on the buds' especially.
