You can look it up there, but if you don't know the laws... how do you know that the NORML site is wrong?

Either way, the Wisconsin State Legislature site seems to have the same information... just a bit more in-depth. In most cases, it is a situation by situation basis.
It's like asking "If I crash my car, will I get hurt?" Some people do... some people don't. Think of a lawyer as your seatbelt. People DO get hurt in accidents, but if they have a seatbelt... they usually recover MUCH faster :rasta:
