One month to go, yellow leaves with brown spots

I use the General Hydro one (well, I splurged on a Milwaukee 'pH testR' last week that a friend sold me for $35 new in box, woo hoo!!! deal of the year!!!) and they work fine. Sure, you don't get more than 0.5 pH points precision, but this is an art, and you don't need to be more precise than that. There is an acceptable RANGE of pH for happy plants, and you will have no trouble finding it with drops.

the soil test i bought is showing me between 6 and 6.5 soil ph. when my lights come on later i will do the flush like you suggested, i need to find something to put under my pots so i can catch all that water! i think i will stick to training them next time, had alot more success and like you say you can take them out and flush and or repot.
