Anybody have experience setting up a CAP CO2-4 controller?

I've been monitoring with a data logger (records temp & humidity every minute for about a week, then view on computer--very informative), and see that temp is highly variable. I have been experimented with different configurations and have talked to the folks at CAP. They're nice, but not here in person and this thing is hard to setup! I would just like to know a few working configurations.

Right now, I have:

humidity=70% (don't care, have dehumidifier)
set pt= 79F (but room is at 80-84%)
cycle time=90 min
injection time=10 min
freq=1 per hour
exhaust cycle= 30 min

in a 1400 ft3 room with 1100 CFM fans. My main problem is that fans exhaust as soon as burn completes. All lights (8x600W) are vented. Thanks in advance.
