Which vitamin B

B2? B12? B complex?

I have seen all three reccomended on this board.

The B-complex has B12, but not B2. I cannot find B2 anywhere?

I am a little confused. Any help would be appreciated.

The BComplex has the B2... its called Riboflavin. It has been said recently B12 did not color the urine yellow... so make sure you get B2 or BComplex. My BComplex has 20mg Riboflavin and it only takes 2 about 2 hours before the test to work.
