Alright so i gotta pass a test for work. wanted to no some shit you no. i havn't been smokin a lot maybe like 3 times a week this whole summer but i would only smoke a bowl on those days. I skateboard everyday so im sweatin like mad and i got a body fat percent of under 6.0 and i work out at school. now i havn't actually smoked at all for a month and i gotta take this test tomorrow im not goin to buy a home test cause im gunna hve to take it tomorrow anyways no matter what so what do you think the chances are that i pass?

From what I am being told, it only takes 30 days to get out of your system. Unless you are smoking everyday for years and years. Im sure someone will post back and give you some advise to FLUSH! Which would be your best bet. But if you workout daily, aren't a fatty and are very active you should be fine! You may still show dirty though. You should Dilute if you want to be sure! Or go get Minute man or Quick Fix! If they aren't going to be watching you! I wouldn't do it any other way! Minute Man I have found to work best for me! Quick Fix can sometimes get too hot if you don't follow directions correctly! Or can cool down too soon! So there you have it! My opinion! :rastasmoke: Dont Sweat the Small Stuff!

Thc toxicity canvary anywhere from 1 day to over 60 days. You will probably be ok with your smoking levels and metabolism. Stop exercising till after the test. Read the dillution sticky and follow that. Substitute gatorade for the water and I would lower the gatorade to about 30 ounces.

You'll be good. I don't think I've ever read about a skinny skateboardin' light smoker not being ok after a month clean.

Take killerweed's advice and just don't overdilute. Eat a steak dinner tonight if you can. If you got a B2 vitamin around, take it for color about 2 hours before your test.
