Virgin Grower.. is it time?

Would appreciate your input on the 'time to clip' countdown.

Obviously outdoor, should I lay off the nute and start to flush for the next couple of weeks?

Also, during the flush using tap, my tap here is about 7.8, will this cause any issues?
