CA Growing Collective

I recently heard from a friend that another friend was going through the CA justice system regarding a cultivation bust. I'm hearing that the courts position regarding a grow collective is that all the growing certificates must be issued to the same address. Nothing is spelled out in the CA H&S statues regarding this so I'm looking to see if anyone else has heard of this.

I've been going to meetings that go over the laws thoroughly, etc. Involved in some court case's etc. Passed out the recent writing of attn: gen: Jerry Brown's statement of his understanding of 215/420! It is going by way of Collective, however, it did not say anything about the same address and it was discussed.
