Apparently there was a "hot mike" and more of the conversation between Palin and Karzai has now been made available. Here is the conversation:

??What is his name?,? Palin asked.

??Mirwais,? Karzai responded. ??Mirwais, which means, ??The Light of the House.???

??Oh nice,? Palin responded.

??He is the only one we have,? remarked Karzai.

At this point the reporters were run out of the room, but the "hot mike" picked up the remainder of the conversaion...

"Oh, I've got lots of kids. The newest one is named Trig, which means "Math that has to do with triangles.'"

"Interesting... ," Karzai responded.

"And I've got one named Willow. She's named after a dwarf I saw in a movie. Do you like dwarfs?"

"I've only known a few dwarfs, but they were all nice..."

"And my oldest son is named Track. To be honest, that one even confuses me. Why would I name a kid track? I must've been having one of those days, if you know what I mean."

"Not really..."

"And I have a daughter named Piper. We actually renamed her Piper because she was so good at leading the rats out of Wasila."

"Better than Terminix, I suppose..."

"And my last daughter is named Bristol, but at home we call her Babymama Hottypants."

"Well, I guess we are about done here."
