Hair Follicle Test... need advice

Ok, so the situation is like this... I am about to go to court with my ex husband to establish custody over our daughter. I can pass a blood or urine test no problem, as I stopped smoking pot several months ago... but I suspect him of doing other drugs besides pot, and to prove this, I would need to make him submit to a hair test. I'm pretty sure that with my long hair, I'm screwed if I have to take one too... which I probably will, because if I make him take one, he'll make me take one. The only drug that I've done in the last five years (since my daughter was born, basically) is pot. I have heard from several other people that he's been smoking meth. I really really want to make him take a hair test... so my question is this... do any of you know a reliable way to strip your hair to pass a hair follicle test? I know it sounds hypocritical, and if I thought the only thing he'd been doing was pot too, I wouldn't even care about getting him tested at all. I really think that Meth is an entirely different kind of thing though, so hopefully you can see how this would matter so much to me. Any help you guys can give me would be really appreciated.
