Personally, I wouldn't let a psychiatrist force pills down my throat. i am and i used to be on meds for it but i hated myself on them, i was like a total zombie, i wasnt myself so i made the choice to not take them anymore.they are good for most ppl just not me. but if you are depressed you should go see a doc and see what he/she suggests.

yeah iwas about to say that exact damn thing nullific said..i know that i dont have depression so i dont know what its like to be in your shoes but i heard that they make people wanna end there life even more..or something like that and man im sorry that your depressed......just think of homer simpson and that should make u laugh...

Weed is my friend in any rough patches. I've never been forced to take pills, but I've been to a shrink. Even my shrink agrees: "Cannabis is the best medicine."

I've never been on them, I have had friends prescribed Prozac, Lexapro and other SSRIs. One of them had a very bad reaction to Prozac resulting in a complete mental breakdown.
