Need some legal advice ok, so this summer i lived and worked at the beach, to save money for school. well one night me and my ex-gf got in a big fight and the neighbors(who was a police officer on vacation) called the police...the police arrive and as they pull up(3 of them on bicycles) they see my ex pushing and yelling at me out the door. the police tell me to stand still and then have me sit on the curb and start to question me.
