ok so i moved the light down closer to the plants, the smaller plant has already shot off some hairs toward the middle so suprisingly i have 2 females even tho they are both in rough shape, and im gonna let the soil dry out well before watering again but ive been making sure to mist water on it
edit: ok so i have found the obvious problem with my soild to perlite ratio, see i thought it meant 2 bags of manure and humus to 1 bag perlite but its really 1 bag to 1 bag perlite there is less perlite per basg

Don't mist them- they should not need it.
I still don't actually see ANY perlite in there. Did you mix it, or put all the perlite on the bottom?

alright so its been a litttle bit, the plant is surprisingly still alive i found that there was some pretty intense root rot but i cleaned it thoroughly and changed the soil adding more perlite so hopefully this will help here to revive herself somehow :$

alright well, my battery on my top is low so ill put more pics up later but it seems to be recovering a bit, the problem tho is that the plant seems to be continuing to flower even tho it has been on 18 and 6 for about 2 weeks, any thoughts?

It takes quite a while- like a month or so - to revert to full veg.
What do you have for drainage in that bucket? 5 gallon pails need to have a lot of holes, fairly large ones, not onlt in the bottom but also the sides- or if you don't want to do the sides, actually have the whole bucket up on some blocks so it is free-draining. But I ALWAYS punch side drains too with a 1/2" spade bit. Prevents root rot and gives the amount of oxygen flow that a living compost really needs to be beneficial.
