I think Chris Rock summed up that whole kind of attitude the best in one of his standups. To paraphrase....

"I love black people, I AM a black person, but I haaaaaate s!"

And yes, there is a difference between black people and "s". I'm sure you can guess which one is the negative stereotype that seems to get flaunted thanks to our friends in the Rap industry.

It seems to me the world is full of douches and idiots. Why do people (particulalry younger people) think it's funny and cool to be uninformed and uneducated? I love college, it's going well for me but I have stayed to myself. The reason why is because 99% of the population are uninformed hipsters. I can not stand this.
