I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, but I definitely like Amon Tobin. My fav track by him is Four Ton Mantis. I have Chaos Theory and Supermodified on my ipod.

I love the sound he's taken on in his more recent works combining the more mechanical glitchier noises, with the organic sounds he samples from field recordings while still keeping to his jazzier sounding roots many times. Chaos Theory and Foley Room were great albums, and the Monthly Joint series he has now exclusively on his site is full of some sweet stuff too.
