    Help with stretch problem

I currently have 8 white widow plants that were coming along perfect. Then the winds hit from the last storm and knocked the power out for 5 days. During those 5 days I was forced to move the plants next to a window in order to maintain some type of light.
The problem now is that 3 plants have stretched pretty bad. They all look very healthy other than that. The 3 that stretched have nice growth at the base and nice growth at the top but not much in between? My question is should I top these 3 plants so they are about the same height as the others?

Also I was hoping to clone the 8 plants in order to sex them. However other than the tops of the stretched plants I don't see where else I can take cuttings from. The bottom growth is still very small but starting to fill in.

    Please give me some advice

    Thanks

    Help with stretch problem

    Have you considered LSTing them?

Trying to let some of the lower parts of the plant develop a little more, well decreasing growth further up. Then you could always untie it when you feel that the areas between have caught up.

That's what I did when I upgraded my lighting, it helped quite a bit.

    Good Luck.
