damn scenesters, ruining fine coffee establishments! We only have a few customers like that at our shop, but we mainly get the rich business men and their soccer mom/wives. They all expect us to know exactly what they want and they love to rub the fact that their wealthy into the faces of anyone who will listen. Those customers really really really piss me off, but the rest of the people that come in are pretty cool and not too snobby.

I did work at a starbucks for about a year and thats where all the trendy kids went, you'd think that they would stop frequenting such a place after realizing the reputation they have, but they still love to hang out there hoping that someone will notice the fact that they have earbuds in, or a t-shirt with some catchy phrase/trendy band on it. I just ignore them unless they actually need something, then i'll help them and maybe have some small talk but the conversations usually turn into the same pointless dribble of which bands they think sold out or how awesome their brand new mac book air is. Oh well, it comes with the territory i guess.
