Thanks for the advice guys. I am starting to feel a lot more confident about the whole thing. My plan is to microwave it for 5-10 seconds and then rubber-band the heating pad to the bottle. I have about a 20 to 30 minute drive to the closest lab so I will have to pick up some whitey-tighties (I am a boxers guy) and tuck the bottle under the boys. I should be good to go.

Originally I was planning on going with the dillution method as in the sticky. However, after much reading on this board, and the fact that I will only have been clean for about 8 days, I am thinking that QF is a better, safer way to go. I already ordered my QF 4.2 a few days ago and I got it yesterday. I am pretty confident that after some practice I should be able to nail the temperature.
