just a fyi, the "are you under the influence" question they ask in court is for a reason, not because they think you are high. I guess legally you can't agree to anything while under the influence of a substance and it be legally binding, or something similar to that. Had you used a lawer, it prolly would have been him asking the question and not the judge.
