I'm with Gandalf on this one, I would be more worried about antibiotics in food and what the USDA is up to than stress about this stuff.

Spraying anything up there, with gulfstream winds topping 400kmh is not gong to land on anyone observing them. It is such an unpredictable way of applying an agent of this type as to be not worth considering. It would bt MUCH easier to affect the water supply or food supply with your agent of choice. Spraying up there could cause fallout thousands of miles away, with unpredictable results.

I studied biological weapons deployment at uni as part of my degree (my final year dissertation as it happens) focusing primarily on bacteriological agents, so this isn't just something I'm pulling out of my ass, I do find it very hard to believe this is some sort of mass spraying attempt to infect everyone with some sort of agent.
