I would be interested in seeing the demographics for this poll. how many of each type of person were selected to participate.

Also 16000 people across 17 countries would be the equivelant of polling 500 people in mexico.

Not exactly an accurate picture is it? Not to mention the polls doesn't bother to mention how well our current international relations are with some of these countries they polled. Nor does it reflect how many of these people are actually up to date on our affairs. To them this is a Domestic American issue.

How many terrorist bombings do you know about in france, spain, africa.. etc etc. I'm willing to bet that while you may have heard of some you are not very well informed as to what actually happened.

Point being is that there are many ways to skew/spin a poll. Unless a pollster releases their targeted demographic in great detail; I'll choose to treat it the same way I choose to treat soiled toilet paper and flush it down the drain without thinking twice.
