new to hydro

ok, so this weekend my grow room and hydro system (DWC) will be set up...im stoked to get started...but my question is this: after i germinate my seeds, do i just place them in rockwool cubes? or do i need to use another medium to grow them a little before placing them in the netpots?

does anyone have a link to an ebook on this? it would help me out a great deal..

Once the seed has germinated, place them in a 1 to 2 inch rockwool cube. Wait until the plants sprout and you can place them into bigger cubes.

hey thanks...whats a good mix for the medium in the netpots for seedlings? i've heard 4 to 1 Hydroton grow rocks and perlite? im i correct?

You can also just lay the seed on a moist piece of rockwell cube, and the seedling will settle right in on the bed you made....

The only mediums you need for your hydroponic grow is rockwool and hydrotons.

I'd go the route that Blazinkush has advised, 100% HYDROTON , although I'd prefer oasis cubes or RR over RW

MMA...i use MJ for the aches and pains that training brings...and im tired of paying $200 for a 1/4 of BB where i live...that's why i'm setting up my grow room
