Ideas please?

One of the babies from my current grow is turning out male. I need to seclude it...but I'm running short of ideas. I could put it on my balcony (no worries I'm like 23 floors high and the ramp isn't see through) but...it gets very windy up here and the plant would only get Northern exposure, counter productive if I want to harvest the pollen.

I could use one of my old fermentation buckets as a makeshift grow pod, and hang a 45 watt CFL on a clip-on fixture ... any suggestions?

The male doesn't need much light to grow enough to make pollen. Catching the pollen outside would be tricky. I kept my male alive in a separate closet with one weak-ass floro tube light and a black garbage bag at the bottom to catch the pollen. It don't take much, to "paint" the lower bud sites of the female with pollen. Soon as you get the pollen, toss the male.
