    Irvin Rosenfeld testimony: Michigan

I'm in one of those "sit around today and watch tons of videos/documentaries on Medical Cannabis" moods :stoned:

Just thought this testimony was very well done. I have seen this guy in a few other videos. Personally, I think he needs to quit his day job and go on a full time campaign for MMJ . He doesn't seem like he can be chopped down by the usual propaganda and rhetoric that people tend to spew. He has one of the best arguments and reasons for the all out Federal decriminalization of Medical Cannabis.....

HE ALREADY GETS IT FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!!!!

Ron Paul has the best and simplest arguement. Because its none of the governments business. If its not in the constitution leave it alone.

Of course Ron Paul has great views... but he can't be THE spokesperson. I basically wanted to post this because the government is running out of defense.

    - With Mr. Rosenfelds situation, they can't say it has no medical benefit... because they grow and distribute it to him.

    - With Ron Paul, he argues that the government can't criminalize the act of ingesting a substance.

I thought of another great question I hope to be able to ask a politician in the future. I'm sure many of you have heard people, EVEN the U.S. Drug Czar, say "We are not going out and putting sick people in prison. Show me a dying person in prison and then we'll talk."

What is the difference between putting someone in prison... and potentially crippling them financially and limiting future opportunities in their community by having them go through ANY part of the legal system? If they are TRULY not arresting very sick people that benefit from Cannabis... WHY IS THE LAW STILL THERE? They are admitting that they don't enforce the law equally... all while pissing money away on task forces, raids, etc. They are being cornered by the dedicated Cannabis movement and I fucking LOVE it :stoned:
