I wear 2 pairs of shorts. Just nuke for 10 seconds and stuff it in the shorts. I leave the heat pad for emergencies.

First thought is too wrap the bottle of GF to my inner thigh/crotch using a brown ACE bandage, make sure it's in there tight with the hand warmer on the outside, and figure that will maintain solid temperature and will hold pretty well. Second is to put it into a knee brace. I had surgery a few years back and have one that I can easily fir the bottle into. I also think this will keep it warm, albeit less so than Rating: 5
