menthols cigs definately dont crystalize your lungs. they do contain fiberglass and it cuts really small holes in your throat for nicotine and shit to get into your bloodstream. they are harsher on the respiratory system.

also all lights and ultra lights are usually worse than normal cigs too.

I don't smoke cancer sticks but I used to always after getting baked. We used to call it "35%" becuase it always felt like it got me higher hence the 35%

I stopped after thinking I might get addicted to them, they're a disgusting habbit anyways.
