if that doesn't work why not try to hook up a power supply then the fan directly off one of the wires coming out the power supply..just an idea:hippy:
nick19882003 Reviewed by nick19882003 on . Computer fan question I got this cpu fan free from work. Its from a large electrical circuit panel. Its got a metal casing and fan blade and its heavier than any other cpu fan I've seen so it seems to be "heavy duty" I guess you could say. It says 230v and 50/60Hz.
