if this defense works, the feds will have to change the classification of cannabis by order of the court!!!!!

i dont know what is this case about, but such defense will most likely get to nowhere since almost every judge tells u that the law of the land must be obeyed and if there is a need for change the defunct legislative branch is responsible!

Although many have tried to establish religious right these people are using a different tactic that I find very interesting. The motion was presented on 8/8/08 and I have not heard if there has been any ruling on this yet. Please read their motion and feel free to comment. I really want to know what you all think.
