Note by poster: I believe this bill and the next one are both extremely important and pivotal bills, as the BILL OF RIGHTS CLEARLY STATES IN THE 10TH AMENDMENT THAT ANY MATTER NOT SPECIFICALLY COVERED IN THE CONSTITUTION IS LEFT FOR THE STATE TO DECIDE, AND THE ILLEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA BY THE US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF THIS, and these bills are a big step in the right direction to resolve that terrible error.

H.R. 5843: Act to Remove Federal Penalties for the Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults
