Yep, sounds like a pretty good plan. I am going to order QF and some at home tests. I will also start taking a creatine supplement and eating foods high in fiber. Also, I will skip my normal weight lifting workouts in favor of some good old running up until a few days before the test. Then I will start eating high fat foods, and test dillution a few times. If I can't pass, i guess I will go with QF. On the other hand, I am pretty confident that I can detox enough in the meantime so that dillution should work fine.

I am a pretty regular smoker (daily), but I am also in pretty good shape as I workout around 4 times a week. I am going to completely stop for the time being until the whole process gets sorted out. The earliest I would have to take the test (I would think it's a UA) would be 8 days from today. So I imagine the dillution method in the sticky on this board would be the way to go for me.
