different people/regions call beasters different things. up around chicago-land beasters are just small popcorn nugs, north of texas a bit, you don't hear the term often

what you have is probably some poorly harvested homegrown. they didn't dry long enough, nor take the time to trim. i doubt its been sprayed with anything other than a folar fertilizer, if even that. hate to say it but you probably got a raw deal, herb loses something like 75% of its weight while drying, so if you dry it out more the ammount in your sack will be less than what you paid for.
