You can practice heating it once but with all my uses of QF I have just attached the heating pad and waited about 30 minutes. My last test I just put it on the dashboard in the sun on the way to the test. I pulled over about a mile away and attached the heat pad. OF is really set up to work on it's own.

Just do a QF search here and you will read many different stories how people use it. Here is a link to some tips I gave a guy awhile back. It is everything I know of to use QF...Good Luck..:thumbsup:

just microwave the bottle and don't waste the pad now. Put it between Your legs, (I shove it right in the pouch in My fruit of the looms and under the boys). You can watch the temp with no pad for now. You need it the day of the test.

Keep the heat pad away from Your skin. After You empty the bottle it is easier to put it right back in the same place and if You do don't put the heat pad against Your twins because with the empty bottle You will roast Your nuts on the drive home. (If Your male)

Is this just with reg human urine substitution? Shouldn't i just be able to heat up quick fix on the day of my DT make sure it reaches between 90-100 attached the heating pad and put in under my balls and be good? Or should i practice heating it up? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Rating: 5
