Where to buy Cheap MH

IMO i wouldnt buy from high tech garden supply. sure it sounds cheap but in the long run your going to regret it. when i ordered from them and they took a little over two weeks to deliver. however when i got the product is was what it said it was. the only downfall is that the stuff is cheap. the reflector was kinda small and cheaply built. the cord from the ballast does not come off. the reflector was a air cooled hood but the glass just sat in there with a metal peice with two screws holding it in and it wasnt sealed. i went to my local hydro store and they gave me a discount on a nice set up. beautiful sealed hood and a lumatek digital ballast that was 200 more watts than htgs for only like a hundred more. it also included a hortlux eye bulb! htgs is cheap stuff, they do give you a good deal but in the long run your going to end up spending more on nicer equiptment. and yes craigslist is the best place to look if you want to save money on quality stuff. just search the garden section

ah crap, i just placed an order for a 400watt MH setup and then i checked the thread again =[ hopefully the product i ordered will do me just fine. Thxx lots for the input though cigarettes.

Hey everyone new to the forums! but i was lookin to get a 400 MH for my grow im usin a hydrohut mini. I was wondering what are some good websites to get a good cheap light. Also how much would you pay for full system? reflector ballast bulb?
