Hey everyone new to the forums! but i was lookin to get a 400 MH for my grow im usin a hydrohut mini. I was wondering what are some good websites to get a good cheap light. Also how much would you pay for full system? reflector ballast bulb?

I would get a HPS light instead of MH light and the HTG guys prices rock!

i have a 600watt HPS for my flower, but rite now for veg all im using are some cfls. So i wanna step it up a bit since im going to do scrog. So i was lookin into some t5s or MH i think 400 MH would be better dont you guys think?

If you got a 400w system for your MH and plenty of ventilation for the heat sounds great. Just remember different watt bulbs ARE NOT interchangable.

thx for the input DE. ya im plannin on using a completly seperate system for mh and hps. Which MH would you guys recomment for a hydrohut mini. which is what ill be using, and if i didnt say so already my grow will be for scrog grow.

check out craigslist, you can usually find some really good deals on used lights. you might have to search for "grow lights", "hydroponic", or "metal halide". good luck and hopefully you can find the perfect light :rasta:
