Specific Gravity

Hello all.

I have a simple and easy question.

What are some things i can do to get my specific gravity up. I will be diluting for a test in 2 days and have adulternt tests and home drug tests. I know gatorade will help will anything else? salty foods?

Also if anyone knows how to keep my ph lvls normal that would help also.

You dont need to worry about pH.

PH is checked to determine if an adulterant has been added to the sample. Only creatinine and specific gravity is checked to determine an overly diluted sample.

Follow N2's Dilution sticky on how to properly dilute while still retaining acceptable levels of creatinine and SG.
