You are right rebgirl, the federal government has gone way beyond what it's intended purpose is. And the local leo's will eventually take advantage of it for their benifit. Again I say, creating MORE laws, just is not the answer folks, no matter how good the intentions. We need to be taking laws off the books, we are going the wrong direction in this battle. It's exactly these situations that make it obvious to me that MMJ Laws cause more harm than good. And the best answer is obviously full decriminalization, this would eliminate the "gray area" as well as provide people that need cannabis for medicinal value a much safer environment to obtain their medicine in as well as lowering the cost for them.:thumbsup: Apparently the good folks in Rating: 5
