talk to the landlord before you sign anything. my landlord will not come into our house unless we call and explicatly ask him to stop over, even then he parks in the driveway and calls our cell phone before knocking on the door, REALLY awesome guy.

other landlords have stoppen in unannounced to spray for bugs and whatnot.

if you have a person like that, you might want to find a better place.

Its going to be in a very small southern town, so police arent much of a concern, but I was wondering if anyone has experience in renting out a home to grow in. I plan on changing the locks to the grow room obv, and taking extra smell precautions, but I was just wondering what everyone's .02 on this is, and if they had any advice / personal experience.
