I am really new at this...some suggestions would help

Hey guys I just started a project with 2 beans i stuck in a paper towel and they sprouted. I used some top of the line soil and i have been watering them probly too much so how much should i water them? Also i used a goodspace all covered in white plastic bags. I have like a lizard lamp over it about 6in with a 100 watt bulb in it...is this a lost cause and do i need the better lamps?

...Yes....you need CFL bulbs or floroescent tube lights when the seeds break the surface of the soil.

Only keep the soil moist. I use a hand spray bottle. Good Luck.

ok well i have been pooring water into the container so i bet its already ruined them...where can i get better lights?

If you already germinated the seeds and you are not going to continue... those seeds are probably toast. I wouldn't suggest you order seeds quite yet. While it is good to know the characteristics so you can optimize the conditions for that strain... it is a risk and they aren't cheap. I would suggest you select some seeds from personal bags. Even if it isn't a strain really appropriate for growth indoors, it is excellent practice while you build up your grow environment.
