    Cana roots in compost`

    I've heard there are some problems that can occur in your compost if you put your canna roots in there. Yes, no ?

    Are we talking about Cannabis or Canna?

    Take a hatchet or something similar and chop em up.

    Either way I'd say no, just make sure they're dead. (hatchet will do that for you)

    no nothing should happen. they should be broke down and release a tiny amount of nutrients and carbon. the beneficial microheards should break everything down properly
