looks to me like those are glass blunts. you pull out the inner glass tube some, and pack the herb into the space you just made, then as you smoke you slide it back in so it pushes all the ash out. Glass blunts are pretty neat.

wait i dont understand the pulling it out part to let ash fall. i thought this thing was a vaporizer

Good luck... what color did you get? Was it a freebie or did you buy it at the Cup Expo? Did you go last year... and was it at that old ass warehouse again with the sweet Benz trucks and the Pirate ship made of tires (I think that's what it was :stoned?

The instructions refer to smoke and ash. You get neither with a vaporizer. It's a smoke reduction system, not a vape.
