Place seeds on damp paper towel (not soaking wet), then place in zip lock baggie, then place in warm dark place that is around 85 to 90 degrees F. ( I place mine between my cable box and DVD player) Wait 24 hours then check every 8 hours to see if any cracked.

Upon noticing a cracked seed. Get a plastic cup or any 12 ounce container ( cannot be clear or translucent, roots do not like light, also must have holes in the bottom for the excess water to drain out) then fill and gently pack down with potting soil to about 1'' from top of container. Now use a pen or or something similar in diameter and make a hole 1'' in depth in the center. Now place the cracked seed in this hole and cover and gently pack again.

Water the newly planted seed and place a piece of suran wrap over the cup and then place under a daylight or 6500k rated CFL. Then just wait until a sprout pops up.

Remove suran wrap and place a small fan gently blowing on the sprouts to build stem strength and prevent stretching.

Let them grow in this container for 1.5 to 2 weeks and water only when soil begins to dry out and DO NOT USE ANY NUTES during this part of the grow.

At the end of 2 weeks they should be ready to transplant.

Hope this helps.
