it's been a few days since I did everything I posted earlier and she seems to be doing better........There are still areas that are brown but it doesn't seem to be getting any worse.....also she wasn't drinking that much and for the last two days has drank almost a half gallon a day.....Is this an indicator that I might be back on track???? going to get a picture of the whole plant tonight......thanks for all the help everyone.

Sorry fireman I lost this thread but now I've subscribed so I can remember to check back.

Stinky is right.....you need to crack the bucket and get more air and water flow through your roots. Let me find one of my threads where we did that.......let me look......

http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/...c-crowd-9.html Start on page 9......the power plant.......I'm guessing your issue is the same if you have checked everything else. And it certainly SOUNDS like you have done everything you can think of.

    good luck.

You can try to find pics of Weedhound's horse-feed tub DWC, which is a modified waterfarm-type system suited for a bigger plant, and make sure that as you scale up, you ADD AIRSTONES. Even putting one IN the root ball may help you.

I've addressed all the issues I can.....ph is steedy at 5.8....drained res and then flushed for 2 hours with flora kleen....added new nutes (1140ppm) ....took plant out of cabinet and washed down complete interior of cabinet......sprayed with safer 3in1 (for mold and bugs)......lowered humidity (45%).......the only thing I CAN'T do is change what she's growing in......My question here is....after all these changes "IF" the black leaves come back and it is apparent it is rootbound what can be done???? Anything???? Is there a way to further modify a waterfarm (already drilled extra holes in top chamber)....Also this plant isn't that large and I though a standard waterfarm held at least 1 large or 2 medium plants....mine is a big medium :rastasmoke: Thank you.

If you don't fix the issues we've brought to your attention you can expect a pretty cruddy harvest. IMO.

I'm growing in a waterfarm......if plant is too large for container what can I do???? Don't have another hydro setup......I've only got about 8 weeks of grow left and she doesn't seem to be getting any more black.....Also sprayed with safer 3 -in-1 to get rip of possible thrips...and got the humidity below 45%.......Think I'll be able to finish this grow or will it crap out on me.....thanks for all the responses by the way......

When i see curled leaves and edges like that I think of four things.

    1. General overnute
    2. Too much nitrogen
    3. Lack of root space and/or room for roots
    4. Ph abnormalities.

It's one of those........rootbound is my first guess if ph is normal.

Can you take a pic of the root area for your plant.

It really seems like you might be cramped for space. In addition to that you have a pest problem. I used a no pest strip when I had some bug problems. Left it in the room for 1-2 days and then took it out. Worked like a charm and I haven't had bugs since.

It should be worth mentioning that this is a chemical pesticide and harmful to humans. However 1-2 days of use will kill all your bugs (in my experience) and the the pesticides will be gone.

If you're in flower though I would suggest pyrethin or neem oil or something. Wouldn't want to risk a chemical pesticide during flowering where you might actually ingest some after harvest time.

Get some more pics. You definitely have multiple symptoms going on that indicate either PH issue or root space issue, this is in addition to bug problems it looks like you have.
