I posted a few questions concerning my blooming plant (potted).
It is doing quite well and the info I got here was useful. Thanks to those that responded.
I have another question! Someone came by that is supposedly experienced in this area. He said although it's in bloom, if I put it in a bigger pot, it would grow more--get bushier--hence, more/bigger buds.
I don't know what to think or do. As I said in my original post, I'm new to raising this type of plant, but I am a gardener and re potting any plant in bloom is a bit risky, depending on the heartiness of the plant, of course.
He said to use a good soil mix (miracle grow or something).
It's not in that now. I know the soil here in Kentucky is good for MJ.
I simply mixed some top soil with some nice, rich soil I dug (very deep) from an area that has never grown much but weeds and such. I say mix more of that if I do it at all.
It's so dry here right now that I am getting bugged by my friends to do things to my relativley small plant. They're acting like 12 year olds and they are full grown adults!
I think it's silly ( I don't smoke much--get a little flustered). I let friends nip a small bud which was a mistake as it was "the funk" as they call it. They want more now from cloning to this new pot idea.
So, should I re pot my plant? Thanks in advance...
