I practice it daily. If I have been hurt by someone I practice it.

I find that creates feelings like anger and aggression. I much prefer feeling like I'm rushing on ecstasy.

Yes I do and have: Sick and tired of practicing! My new goal in life:

Practice RECEIVING unconditional love! My dog can do that, so anyone could, right!!

I am sick of giving! It is my turn, dammit!! Just not exact today though! Not sure I am up to it yet!

Imagine, the flowers, trees, birds, bees and a lucky person that has that in their heart! I'll dream of how, you can spot one! Binoculars? 30X magnifying glass (might have more luck-in a grow room)!
